She also holds certification in Personal and Professional Coaching from the Institute of Behavioural and Management Sciences and advanced training in Sports High-Performance Psychology from Universitas \/ Bar\u00e7a Innovation Hub.<\/p>\n

Works with individuals on change processes oriented towards concrete objectives, promoting consistent behavioural transformations and the development of internal psychological resources that sustain well-being and performance over time.<\/p>\n

Believes that performance is consistency, not perfection, and that mental health is flexibility, not an absence of symptoms. This view guides their practice, resting on evidence-based approaches, with a focus on technical precision and the creation of a safe and structured space.
