Integrativa was born naturally from the vision of its founder, Osteopath and Physiotherapist David Brand\u00e3o, and the philosophy that has always guided his clinical practice.<\/p>\n

Health is not understood solely by symptoms. It is understood by the body as a whole, by the context in which each person lives, and by how the body, mind, and lifestyle mutually influence each other.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

Integrativa was born in 2019 from the conviction that taking good care begins with understanding the person as a whole, their body, their mind and their life context.<\/p>\n\n

It was with this conviction that David Brand\u00e3o founded Integrativa. Not as just another clinic, but as a space where different clinical areas could work side by side, share knowledge, and contribute, together, to something greater than each could achieve alone.<\/p>\n\n

Throughout <\/span>, the team grew and specialties multiplied, Osteopathy and Physiotherapy began to intersect with Clinical Pilates, Psychology and Nutrition. Each person who walks through our door is part of this story.<\/p>\n\n

The purpose remains. We believe that health is built with knowledge, listening and closeness. That caring well begins by understanding the person, their body and their rhythm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
