Clinical Pilates is an adaptation of traditional Pilates developed by physiotherapists, making it a safe, low-intensity, low-impact form of physical activity that promotes flexibility, muscle strengthening, balance, and postural correction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"1338\">Clinical Pilates uses the principles of the Pilates method, control, precision, breathing and body awareness, integrated with physiotherapy knowledge. It is a low-impact, intensity-adapted practice, suitable for those with pain or physical limitations, as well as those looking to prevent injuries and improve functional performance.<\/p>\n<p>This methodology allows for integrated work on postural correction, core stability, joint mobility, muscle strengthening, and coordination and balance, contributing to a stronger, more aligned, and efficient body in daily activities.<\/p>\n<p>It is recommended for everyone, whether they experience pain or not, have postural changes or reduced flexibility, who wish to re-educate and strengthen their body.
