Integrativa is a health centre in Restelo (Belém, Lisbon) that was born naturally from the vision of its founder, Osteopath and Physiotherapist David Brandão.
It was born from the same philosophy that guides clinical practice: health is not only understood by the isolated symptom, but by the body as a whole, the context in which each person lives and the way in which body, mind and lifestyle influence each other.

A multidisciplinary team because the whole is greater than the sum of its parts
Our multidisciplinary team works in a complementary way, sharing knowledge and clinical judgement, monitoring everything from musculoskeletal pain and functional rehabilitation to promoting physical and emotional well-being.
Our work is based on an integrated vision, where different clinical areas communicate with each other and contribute to a broader understanding of health. The team is multidisciplinary and acts in a complementary way, sharing knowledge and clinical judgement. Care is centred on the person, on the causes and on building more conscious and sustainable habits over time.
Here, counselling goes beyond a one-off intervention. We create space to listen, understand and accompany, always considering the physical, emotional and lifestyle context of each person.
We believe that a better understanding of your own body, its signals and its rhythm allows you to develop a more informed and responsible relationship with your health.
Caring is understanding
Each follow-up is based on an understanding of the body as a whole and how different factors intersect over time. Our role is to accompany this process with listening, knowledge and responsibility, promoting a more conscious, active and sustainable relationship with health.
