Nutritionist

Joana André is a nutritionist, with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Lisbon School of Health Technology, dedicated to helping her clients improve their health, well-being and relationship with food in a personalised and sustainable way.

Your academic and professional journey has been marked by continuous training in complementary areas of nutrition. After completing your degree, you deepened your knowledge in Oncology Nutrition through a postgraduate qualification from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, developing specific skills in the nutritional care of individuals dealing with oncological disease.

Throughout her journey, Joana André also specialised in macrobiotic nutrition, having completed several levels of training at the Macrobiotic Institute of Portugal, including the Expert in Macrobiotics level. This approach has allowed her to integrate a broader view of nutrition, valuing balance, prevention and the adaptation of dietary habits to each person's individual needs.

Most recently, he completed a Master’s in Nutrition and Digestive Diseases at ICNS – Instituto de Ciencias de Nutrición y Salud, reinforcing his work in the field of digestive health and in supporting people with gastrointestinal complaints, intolerances, digestive disorders and specific nutritional needs.

In her clinical practice, Joana André supports each person individually, with an empathetic, rigorous and goal-oriented approach. Her work focuses on promoting balanced dietary habits, improving quality of life and building nutritional strategies tailored to each client's reality, preferences and goals.
