Does Integrativa have any agreements or co-payments?

Integrativa does not have a direct agreement with the National Health System, nor with any health subsystem or insurance. However, most subsystems and insurances reimburse treatments carried out at Integrativa on a free basis. We recommend that you check with your insurance company or subsystem about the conditions of your policy and the procedures required to obtain reimbursement.

IRS deduction: Health expenses are considered to be the provision of services and purchase of goods related to health, such as physiotherapy, osteopathy and psychology (no prescription is required and they are automatically taken into account for tax deduction purposes). The tax deduction corresponds to 15% of the amount borne by any member of the household in health expenses (Art. 78-C of the CIRS).

Who guides the Clinical Pilates sessions?
All sessions are guided by Physiotherapists with specialised training in Clinical Pilates from the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), an international reference in the field of Clinical Pilates. This allows us to integrate therapeutic exercise with clinical knowledge, adapting each session to the individual needs of each person.

Can Clinical Pilates be performed on equipment?
Sessions can be carried out on the floor/mat (Matwork) or with equipment, including Reformer, Matwall, Chair, Split Combo Pedal Chair and Spine Corrector, depending on the therapeutic objectives defined after assessment.

Does Clinical Pilates make sense for those looking only for strength, posture or movement training?
Yes, it can be used as a structured exercise accompanied by clinical criteria, even if there is no specific complaint. Beyond the rehabilitation context, Clinical Pilates allows you to develop body awareness, physical capacity and quality of movement, even in the absence of pain or injury, always with clinical follow-up.
