Filipa Braga da Costa
Filipa Braga da Costa is a Psychologist in Lisbon, with a degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies. Since 2005, she has been dedicated to clinical psychopathology, with experience in hospital settings and private practice.
With the aim of deepening their clinical intervention, they completed postgraduate studies in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and obtained advanced specialisation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, areas in which they have developed their practice over the years.
Since 2010, they have worked in the assessment and retraining of children and young people with Specific Learning Difficulties in a school setting, individually monitoring their academic and emotional development.
In 2015, the vocational guidance programme was created My Project, aimed at young people from the 9th year to higher education, viewing vocational guidance as a process of discovery and self-knowledge, with the aim of clarifying interests, supporting decision-making, and promoting informed and conscious academic and professional choices.
At Integrativa, in Restelo (Lisbon), he maintains a person-centred clinical practice, integrating technical knowledge and accumulated experience, with the aim of promoting the psychological well-being and personal development of each person he supports.
