Vocational and career counselling
Vocational guidance is a process led by a psychologist who helps young people find their ideal profession by analysing their interests, aptitudes, attitudes, talents and personality. This programme contributes to the maturing of ideas, provides information and develops skills for informed and conscious decision-making.
Our Vocational Guidance programme allows young people to increase their self-knowledge, research the most suitable education and training system, explore different professions and be prepared for the increasingly complex and diverse job market.
The aim is to support the young person in the decision-making process, but not to make the decision for them.
Our method
- First phase: 1 initial individual interview with the young person and their guardians
- Second phase: 2/3 individual sessions of psychological testing and exploration
- Third phase1 session with the young person and their guardians, where the report is delivered, the results are presented and options are explored.
