Sports Psychology
It will work on optimising different areas of athletes' lives, ranging from more general skills such as confidence, motivation, concentration and anxiety control, to more specific ones such as the sporting environment, family, social life, economic status and career.
The main contribution of this psychological skills training is the optimisation of the athlete's performance, boosted by the capacity for self-regulation, emotional intelligence and concentration which, in themselves, are responsible for significant improvements in performance.
