The initial assessment session can take between 60 and 75 minutes.
The following sessions take an average of 50 to 60 minutes, depending on the objectives set at each stage of the treatment.
Does the first session include treatment?
Yes. The first session includes a full assessment, covering posture, movements and the application of specific diagnostic tests.
After the assessment, the physiotherapist will begin the treatment, which may include: Manual therapy techniques (massage, mobilisation, manipulation) and personalised corrective exercises. In the following sessions, constant reassessments are made, always adjusting the plan to the client's needs. There are no rigid protocols - each session is personalised and individualised.
How many sessions will it take?
After the initial assessment, the physiotherapist will provide some recommendations based on your needs. The duration of treatment also varies according to the objective for each client.
What do I need to bring to the sessions?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. For some assessments it may be necessary to wear shorts and a sports top, in order to facilitate the observation of posture and mobility.
If you have any, you can also bring complementary diagnostic tests (e.g. X-rays, MRI scans, medical reports).
Do you have agreements/protocols with insurance companies?
We don't have direct agreements with insurance companies. However, we always issue receipts with TINs that can be submitted to the insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your policy.
