Before starting the Clinical Pilates, It is essential to carry out a full initial assessment to identify movement patterns, posture and breathing patterns. In this assessment, we use physiotherapy and osteopathy techniques to understand your needs and define personalised goals tailored to you. If you have any discomfort or pain, we can also help identify possible causes, so that we can guide the sessions accordingly.
Based on this assessment, we create an exercise plan based on clinical Pilates, Corrective Exercise and specific Mobility work to gain more flexibility, mobility and strengthening throughout the body, from the CORE (which we call the Centre) to the upper and lower limbs.
